Under the ManagedPlan Program, Professional
Capital Services, LLC (“PCS”) offers Plan sponsors and
Plan participants access to a platform of independent investment
managers (none of which are owned or otherwise affiliated
with PCS) providing discretionary portfolio management services
and/or mutual fund selection on a continuous basis. Mutual
funds are selected and portfolios constructed by investment
managers from the thousands of no-load or load-waived funds
(“Funds”) available for same day transfer and settlement
through the National Securities Clearing Corporation's Fund/SERV
platform (“NSCC”).
Other than a Fund’s availability to the Plan for same day
transfer and settlement through the NSCC and the applicable
custodian or trading link, PCS places no restrictions, limitations
or constraints on the type or number of Funds selected by
investment managers for use under the ManagedPlan Program.
In addition, neither PCS nor any of the investment managers
offered through ManagedPlan have any interest in or affiliation
with any of the Funds or other investments offered to Plans
participating under the ManagedPlan Program.
